Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that refunds are only issued in the form of store credit, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items on sale or discounted are not eligible for returns or refunds. To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Once your item is inspected and approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed. ESHAL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
